Falling Triangles Pt. 2 : A Finished Quilt

I love a simple quilt design. I originally designed this mini quilt for my partner in the Schnitzel & Boo mini quilt swap and since I made my half square triangles in the traditional two at a time, I had enough for that mini and one for myself. So of course the hst for myself set for a few months and I finally decided it was time to stitch up this mini for myself.

I love the crisp white background and the different size triangles. For the quilting I did a geometric all over pattern and after washing I love the texture it created.

This mini was going to hang in my future sewing studio, well my 3 year old had different plans. It is now hanging in her room next to her minion mini quilt. I am actually honored that she wanted to hang it in her room.
